I want to understand how variable pay component works in wipro please correct me if my understanding is correct or not.

Total CTC offer to me by Wipro is 13.5 lpa out of which 101256 is variable pay.

variable pay paid every quarter is 101256/3
ie 25314

So my fixed CTC = 1350000-101256
ie 1248774


So first month i will be getting 85k + salary

And fourth month ie once the quater ends i will be getting 85000+ 25314 ie more than 1.10 lacs??

Please anyone confirm if i am right

I got selected in big prod company for fair compensation(10Lpa) As this was my first offer , so I got offer and resigned and need to wait 90days to join. Inspite of prod based company huge and reliable. I still feel insecured and tcs has given me offer recently(9lpa), thinking this as backup I accepted and provided docs for tcs bgv. Would I be in trouble as I've accepted tcs and given docs for bgv but still product based company was my top priority to join. If only they revoke, I'll join tcs

I am a support SAP Warehouse management consultant with 4 year of experience with 12 LPA package. I have only worked on 1 support project for four years. I feel I am lagging behind. My comparator would be wait 18-24mo to become a consulting partner - in the US that starts at $450k/£325k.

For the purposes of this question, assume I’m optimizing for initial comp, not long term potential, and not livability, Intl experience, WLB, CoL etc.

Hi all! I’m inclined on taking up the CIPM training and certification exam. I’m already a certified Data Protection Officer in the Philippines. I intend on skipping CIPP as it applies to the US and EU.

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

Note: didnt tried to contact them from 1week as some people said you would receive it soon
