I want to understand how variable pay component works in wipro please correct me if my understanding is correct or not.

Total CTC offer to me by Wipro is 13.5 lpa out of which 101256 is variable pay.

variable pay paid every quarter is 101256/3
ie 25314

So my fixed CTC = 1350000-101256
ie 1248774


So first month i will be getting 85k + salary

And fourth month ie once the quater ends i will be getting 85000+ 25314 ie more than 1.10 lacs??

Please anyone confirm if i am right

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

I find myself questioning - for every assignment - is this the issue I was asked to look into? Did I read that case right? Does this analysis make sense? I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
