I'm holding an offer from fractal for engineer(grade 8) role. But they're hiring me for support project with rotational shifts. They're offering me 50 percent hike on my recent CTC. As I have 3 YOE, and i wanted to join fractal Analytics as well. But I'm not sure how rotational shifts works. Is it fine to accept offer of support project with rotational shifts.

I got a job offer as a Tax Associate at PwC. I want to negotiate the salary but the HR said he cant just increase my salary since that would be unfair to other associates. The only thing he can do is to ask to compensation team and if the team approve, every in-coming associates would get a salary increase. Is that true?
