Hello fishes, in need of some 2 cents on accessing a potential offer. I work in Zomato , marketing, 5 yoe, masters from iim-k. My current CTC is 23 lpa, ESOP 14 lac, vested 2 lac.

I have got an opportunity with a company in the same space but relatively smaller than zomato, My profile is in the same domain but a grade higher, 28 lac CTC, ESOP 10 lac. No joining bonus or anything else.

How should I go about the above situation What is the best offer I should expect in negotiation

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer?
