What are the Pros and Cons ?

I am considering switching careers from architecture to UX design or Product Management, and am unsure about which route I want to take. Is it common for someone to switch between UX and PMing within the same company? If so is it common in both directions? Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range.
