A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? I received a recognition in September and later in October month I resigned. Is there any policy that if associate has raised separation from Accenture then he will not receive any hike or variable bonus even if his last working day is in Jan 2022?
