The PWC HR asked me to submit my payslips and current compensation structure last week post my rounds of interview. However,post that there isn't any response from them till now. There also isn't any salary discussion done till date. So does this mean that I am rejected?

I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? My past roles have been such that I do a lot of marketing projects, tasks etc. but I’m not a specialist. I’m worried if I use this terminology I won’t even be considered for a role. Thank you

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?
