I got the offer letter from Infosys this Monday but have some concerns regarding the compensation they mentioned in offer letter. I have reached out to my Poc but he/she is neither responding my emails nor answering my calls.
Now the situation is, in what minimum time I have to accept the offer from Infosys launchpad before it gets revoked/cancelled.
Secondly, any idea to whom I can reach out regarding my doubts over this compensation in offer letter.

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

Guys, need one quick suggestion -

28th Jan(after 2 days) is my joining date in one of the organisation.. meanwhile I get a call from one of captive company for final managerial discussion scheduled for today itself.
I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..

Really urgent, should i share the company name in sharing holding offer letter to second companh..or only compensation part shall be enough.I am not sure if i should share the part where they are addressing with my name as well for authentication because it has company logo and name as well.
