I want a firm with good culture and stability in longer run.
YOE: 7.5
KPMG(KGS) - Consultant - 15.5 Fixed - and 50K joining bonus
Accenture - SW development Team lead - level9 - 17 LPA Fixed - 3.4L joining bonus + 27%CTC variable.


Package wise Accenture wins but I need to know for the profile and its industry value and stability.

What are the employee Benefits In Dxc ?

Does Capgemini match a better offer? I got an initial offer of 30 and now getting 34 from another company.

Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.

and Fujitsu offer letter is in pipline .

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost).
