What is the scope of testing in the future, as a new joiner in the industry should people pursue testing as a career?

I recently started in a sales role. Have a heavy consulting background (20 years) imagine big four and SI experience. Question - from here how easy or difficult is it to move internally. What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. Big name client experience and complex professional services sales and delivery experience with global teams (India, UK, Latin America).

Any folks here moved back to IBD from PE? Left IB in NY for an Emerging Market PE ($20 bn+) but region has very weak deal flow and a so-so culture. Debating if I should go back to banking in NY

Is it possible to lateral from NY big law to LA as a first year?

All, I’ve been a lawyer for six years plus a judicial clerkship. While I love the law, I pretty much hate the current practice of it. I’m looking to do something with my law degree but not necessarily stay in practice. Any suggestions? Every time I look I get so overwhelmed that I stop looking.

Can an ADA make the jump to big law or a boutique litigation firm? I’m a NYC ADA (DANY/KCDA) from a Tier 2 law school (top 45% only) and top 10 undergrad. Can experience make up for mediocre grades?

Hello!! I am looking into transitioning into operations, but have only been in law firms for the entirety of my career. 15+ years in commercial litigation, appellate, and family law. I used to dot net dev, had a server deployment role, then into etl database testing and finally got an opportunity for full stack dev. I have even led small teams and been scrum master

Got an offer from Capgemini for 10LPA fixed and also I got an offer from HCL for 11LPA (includes variable pay but mentioned it will be paid monthly basis) , which one is good to join to develop my career growth.
