How much can I ask in Credit Suisse with 2.6 years of experience while holding an offer of 10LPA gross?

Heard that partners at MBB that focus on public /social sectors (higher education institutions, government, non-profit orgs) get lower salaries than peers. Is that true and by how much?

Guys what are the option to think of if I am planning to move out from EY .I work for Tax support (PAS-CES ) not sure which domain to apply if I am planning to move from EY.
