Salary of a solution architect in cyber security( pre sales and with RFP experience) industry with 7-8yrs of experience.

I had salary discussion with Senior Manager in Oracle and agreed but I am yet to receive the offer letter. It's been 3-4 weeks already and I mentioned in the call to him that I put down papers based on job offer from Accenture.

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. However, I’ve been annoyed with their way of running the business and getting between me and my earnings far too long; and I received a lucrative offer to go in-house. 1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?
