I got an Annexure I (salary structure)details from HCL HR asking about my confirmation on it before 3 days ago, but I still didnt see any official communication about the offer letter/letter of intent from HR or on the onboarding portal it still says offer not initiated. Does anyone has any idea, normally how many days it takes to do so??
I have submitted joining form details already.
