Hello guys! New certified model builder here. I want to gauge the market salary for a certified model builder out there and asking for your opinion. I joined my company with no Anaplan experience, they provided training and time to get certified . With 8 years of accounting background, CMA, I was offered 87k. I still feel I am being underpaid but I took the career jump to something new. I am excited for this change but I feel I need to renegotiate at a year mark. Your thoughts are appreciated

I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past month, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me?
