What is a competitive compensation according to the market after 3 years of consulting experience out of undergrad? Glassdoor suggests $92K as a market average. I am in tech consulting mostly working on the vendor selection, system and processes assessments, and ERP implementation within FS. I know that comp for pwc A3-SA1 tier 2 geo is 86-95. What about other firms?

Any advice on how to request a 20% raise? This is my first career out of college. I signed my offer letter knowing that I was being underpaid by 10%, as per the posted position salary. My 1-year appraisal is close and I would like to request 20% based on an increased workload; I would also like to make up for being underpaid my first year.

My dilemma: Many companies only pay up to a 4% raise. However, that will not cover much in this economy, and I would still be still underpaid.

Rate my offer for a business valuations/litigation & legal disputes support associate role at a boutique firm in Toronto:

- $90k + ~7.5% annual performance bonus
- $5k in clawback reimbursement
- will pay all professional fees throughout term of employment (CPA & CBV)

My background:
- SA1 in assurance
- Master of Accounting
- passed CFE, qualify in about half a year
- enrolled in CBV program of studies

Am I being petty?
My parents have pictures of my brother, his certificates & awards on the mantel, but barely any of mine.
