Hello. I am looking to start a career as an underwriter or claims adjuster. I do have a background in insurance as a broker previously, but I now longer hold those licenses due to the fact that I changed fields a few years back. What can I do to get hired in these types of positions that usually want experience already in claims or underwriting or an active adjuster license? I am pretty positive that I will attain the license for the positions that allow you 90 days without a problem.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
