The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical. what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?
