Hello, I have almost 8 years experience as a Office Support Specialist with 3 law firms. This includes Data Entry, Document Scanning Electronic Filing etc. I have been applying at law firms and through staffing agencies and have had interviews with the recruiter, however that's as far as it goes. I don't hear anything back after the interview with the recruiter. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Now that I have, are there any sites besides “jobscan” that I can use to make sure my resume fits the job descriptions? Does anybody know any recruiters that could help me, as well?

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Is this normal in the entertainment world? Any suggestions?
