Hello, I just recently left my job as a Program Analyst for a County Department of Human Services because I had lost all motivation and there was no room for growth. I accepted an offer for a job that I am supposed to begin on the 22nd back with the state but I don't really want it and mainly just used it as a tool to get out of the previous job. I want to just decline it because I'm tired of settling for jobs I don't really want.

I’ve been having a super hard time concepting lately, especially knowing that the “concept” will mostly serve as a sticker to slap on the cover of a CVA and the top of a website. I feel like every pharma concept I’ve ever seen or created becomes so cheesy once it appears in tactics. Does anyone have any examples of HCP creative (non-DSA) that is both impactful and translates well into pharma tactics?

This is regarding income tax proof submission.
I Joined UST on Nov'21 and before UST I was not under any tax slabs. I had only 1 LIC premium being deducted on monthly basis. Though I declared the LIC amount from April 2021 to March 2022. I have still got LIC statements till Dec2021 only.
Also planning to invest in ELSS and term insurance by Jan end. While i only submitted LIC in investment declaration form.

Thoughts on potential business ideas or investment opportunities where I can live the life I deserve now and not in retirement? I’m always trying to think of potential business ideas and come up with nothing. As far as interests, it doesn’t matter what it is. As long as it makes money I’m interested.

Last week I had to explain to my child what “politics” (as in office politics) is. My child is going to a new high school and wants to play volleyball. There was a 3 day open “tryout” for incoming freshman for 2 teams. After the first day, she noticed that
1) there were obvious favorites (coaches are not even hiding that fact);
2) some can’t even play and got on the team,
3) some that can obviously play but did not get on the team;
4) decision were obviously made before the first day was over.

I opted not to go to our holiday party this year, but I have extreme anxiety about potential repercussions! Am I making the right choice? Context is in comments below. Would appreciate any insight!

Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work. On the other hand I have saved so much money over the past year, spent a lot more time with family than I would have ever been able to, and actually rested and been able to focus on my wellness (started therapy and treatment for a chronic condition.)
