I was offered the position however it was offered to me below what the starting base salary was listed, 13k below.
The salary is very close to my previous employment, however, I was strictly remote and had small yearly salary increase. The company is small and growing. There is great growth potential within that organization. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for more since I will be commuting.
Has anyone experienced this and how did you go about and what was the result?

My manager doesn't interact much with us. I consider myself as some one who has worked hard for project and other intiatives. Should I ask my manager to consider me and if yes how should I initiate it.
