That sounds pretty reasonable to me. Especially if you are in a low cost-of-living area. I would be willing to take that salary if I could work from home, personally.
If you have an increase of 12.75% and now you are making 62k, that means that you were making 55k for 2080 hr of work per year. That resulted in a little more than $26/hr. You will now make 62k for 2496 hours of work (48 hours per week for 52 weeks). That resulted in $24.8/ hr. I do not think that is a true increase. You might want to review the details and maybe stay where you are at now (same position) since that seems to be a better deal.
I can't speak to market worth, though 12.75% is promotion territory, not just a good raise. It's definitely a step in the root direction wherever you are at on the scale.
That is a reasonable offer based on my research. I would ask for a little more pay if you are taking on more work though.
I completely understand your point. Many professionals face similar questions about promotions, raises, and whether they’re being fairly compensated. Working with a job search specialist can help you evaluate your market value, explore opportunities, and guide you through salary discussions to ensure you’re being paid what you deserve.

Sounds ok given your location but also low for working an extra day per week. Maybe look around see if you can find something with more balance for similar pay
