Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.

If they have direct reports, I think having them meet the team and let the team share thoughts and ask questions.
Also, ask them specifically about what it means to lead to them. How will they lead? (Ex: will they focus on bringing in new processes, evangelize UX, help build a design system) think about which you need from your lead and ask questions to gauge if the candidate is a fit for it.
If this is not strictly an IC role then you need to ask different questions you understand more soft skills.
I always run this process and never fails.
3 stage interview process
Stage 1 - Screener and portfolio review (remote)
- If human, set a task to do a one-page heuristic analysis of the current problem, just writing/opinions but will need to be expressed at hiring manager interview.
Stage 2 - Hiring manager interview (remote)
Stage 3 - Team Chemistry meeting (hybrid)
