I would also type up (if you haven't already) a list of things you've already accomplished with this company and what value it brought to the organization. (i.e. initiated a lean project regarding expired medications and medical supplies. In the first year, I successfully decreased expired supplies by 40% which was a company savings of $30k.
How much are you making now?
If you are saying you make $24/hr, you could go get a job at a warehouse and literally do practically nothing all day for $24 an hour. My husband works as a QA Manager for a grocery store. Their warehouse partner pays their temps, who come in and walk around and barely do anything
$20-25 an hour at least.
With a master's you should definitely be making more money. Employers are ridiculous.
Yes measurable accomplishments are the strongest evidence in negotiating an increase. Keep a log of EVERYTHING you do. And the resulting cost savings. Take a look at the bigger picture.
