Has anyone interviewed for the Meta - Enterprise Support Tech role? I'm really hoping to land this role. I'm pretty strong in windows and just a little above average on Macs so I'm hoping to find out if they quiz of terminal commands and what not. Would love any pointers on what to study up. Have you been through an end-to-end Salesforce implementation? Engagement Manager is more of a delivery role than a sales role.
If you are interested in Salesforce delivery roles - I suggest going to trailhead.Salesforce.com and begin training. The Admin Beginner trails will introduce you to the concepts around the platform and help you to “speak the language”. You don’t need to know how to code/build yourself, but you do need to understand how the stuff gets built as you are going to be leading teams of technical resources
You will need to get Admin, Sales and Service cloud certs fairly quick. It’s more of a SF delivery role where you need a solid amount of knowledge
You’ll make more money elsewhere. Just a thought.
