Hello ladies ! I need some guidance and maybe a boost of encouragement here. I work in sales for a major insurance company and have for almost 10 years now. That being said I want to start a side gig for myself that has nothing to do with insurance. This would mean stepping out of my comfort zone and trying to make sales for my own business. (Creating social media ads for small to medium sized biz). I have a website all ready to go and I just have to push GO but I’m so hesitant!!

When will I gain the skills necessary to be a senior? I’m coming up on my A2 year and I literally feel like a huge dunce. Can’t imagine taking on senior responsibilities. (audit btw)

I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product. Would love something that allows me to do both?

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. Today I encountered the strangest bug I have ever seen with Excel+Thinkcell. I have, as always, a separate Thinkcell sheet where I gather and structure the data (from other sheets) I want to make charts of. However, when linking this data to charts, all formulas in the sheet turns into values. This has never happened before. Anyone else seen this and knows what is going on?
