Hello peeps! i had an interview 10 days back for sap module, there were two interviews on the same day - technical and managerial - they went well i think. Technical was around 45 minutes and managerial was around 10 minutes, I'm assuming i cleared tech so they scheduled managerial later.

haven't heard since then, tried to call, email, text recruiter but no response. Am I rejected or is this usual process? careers login is showing "review in progress" if that matters.

Just realized I hadn’t had an in-person interview since 2019. I’ve done multiple zoom interviews and was onboarded remote in 2020. About to see a real person today! Wish me luck.

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
