I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. Guys a big 4 company hr called and was saying in this time also they are hiring so they told to join at X package (which is lower than my current ctc ) , so i just said in hindi “chup” and cut the call. Then hr mailed me that due to my abusive behaviour they blacklist my name from their company. I am ok with it as long as they don’t tell other companies though.

Deloitte USI is offering me 9.8lpa for 3 yrs even after I showed them a counter offer of 10.5lpa . Is it with respect to market standards or are they lowballing?
