So I am a SOAR Engineer and I have received offer from EY GDS Pune for 6.2LPA fixed + 8% variable + other benefits.
My current CTC is 3.6LPA -> 3LPA fixed.
Current YOE 10 months and I am serving my notice period of 3 months.
I also got a role of security analyst 2 in SOAR.

Wanted to know if I am making a good decision or not and how is the work culture of EY GDS Pune for SOAR Team.
