I was working in a company with a good package as Senior QE with 7 years of experience.
But somewhere i am not satisfied with my Designation "Senior QE". My manager has a good opinion and gave it 4 stars in the performance. But somewhere she doesn't want me to go to the upper level. All my other teammates with 5-6 years experience are promoted to LEAD now.
Should I fight for my Designation? What are the standards in the market? What will be the package?

Does anyone know what a chief sonographer should make? Managing 15 employees and 4 locations?

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

Q1- What is the maximum I can demand in Macquarie in HR round? Initially, before interviews started, I mentioned 27LPA (negotiable). I have a past offer (not current) of 25.5 LPA.

Q2 do they decline offering in case we get adamant abt high salary 27Lpa?
