How long does it take to move from P.A to A .Currently in CTS from 1yr 7 months joined as a P.A salary increment for 2 cycles has been 9% and 8.9 % year end appraisal please suggest a road map move up the order as well as on-site opportunities possible not wanting to switch.

Keep getting approached by rival firms for ~50% salary increases in London. Raised it with my company and got a 5% raise. Don’t want to sound ungrateful but doesn’t scratch the surface of the underpayment of where I am, it’s well below market rates. Why do i feel like I'm the least liked person in my group by the managers.
I work so hard, almost on the top of the group every time. I have got my team recognition by my work . Still for no reason people justly ignore me n my work. Not when i do even s sought mistake though. They avoid appreciating me as much as they can. This is literally depressing .
