I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.

How much salary I can expect for Solution Architect role in top tier companies of Netherlands and Germany location.

I have 12 years of experience.

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

How far should I negotiate the following offer?

YoE: 13.5 years
Offer: 52L fixed + 8L bonus
Role: Member of Technical Staff
Current CTC: 31L fixed + 3L bonus

I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. I am so systemically exhausted I am struggling to translate my current skill-set to market myself into non- healthcare markets. When I say non- healthcare, I truly mean completely NOTHING to do with any direct clinical or patient related/facing anything. Anyone have any worda of wisdom or insight? I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?
