Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Just join Deloitte and check it out for sometime. WLB is all subjective to projects.
If it doesn't work move out and having that Deloitte branding alongwith your skills will get you more offers from Mncs like cts :)
well, that helps!
Spending 3 years at Cogni, I can approve Deloitte work culture will be better, but WLB totally depends on project.
But, Deloitte>>>Cogni.
haha, THANKS!

I believe you are currently in Fidelity. If I am right you don’t have rights to ask for flexibility and Work Life balance
That's the reason I wanted to move out 😅
Never worked with CTS but I can confidently say that for deloitte you can expect good WLB. Yes there are some projects that will mess it up but in general culture is good and you can make things work for yourself. Higher comp should also make it a no brainer. Definitely recommend Deloitte 👌
Yes I would recommend deloitte india vs. Cognizant. Brand is better and also there is some trickle down effect from the US firm and you can make partner as well!
I believe you are young in your career. So you should spend more time to learn and gain wide exposure. Choose the company interms of project you are going to work.
I work for Deloitte, I can say WLB is not great but at the same time you get exposure as you get chance to work across multiple things.
