I have got an offer from CTS and one from Deloitte both in healthcare domain.
The salary is high in Deloitte but in CTS all client interviews are sorted.
Deloitte - 14 LPA
CTS- 11.5 LPA

I want to understand the company culture in terms of work, project assignment and work timings. Everyone says Deloitte is flexible but Glassdoor reviews suggest no work life balance!

If anyone can help here. I just have 2 days to decide.

Does relocation to touristic cities (workations) really work? I have experience working summer jobs in foreign countries and was thinking about doing that now, or at least plan for next year.

Ethics Q: my client created fruaduant medical documents in order to try to recover extra benefits from her injury. My thought is to settle her case with insurance company for whatever nominal amount is offered ASAP. However, this might be lower than her case is actually worth despite the the fruad. I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
