Help!! I got an job offer from a fund company doing management company fund accounting and I accepted it because the boss seems nice. I did not negotiate for the compensation. The same day, Goldman Sachs called for the interview for internal audit asset management. I don’t think I will be selected but i still did the interview. I got the call again saying they can give the offer. How should I choose? I don’t know what I like.

I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Which one would you opt considering that Mphasis is a bigger company(terms of employee count) than either Optimum Info System or Shell ?.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
