I told EY I was thinking of leaving and they came back today that I can stay at EY and join the TD group as a Senior. Won’t have comp details for EY offer until Monday. Would you stay at EY or go to the boutique firm? Will EY’s comp come even close to that? (EY East Region - PHL)

Does anyone freeze with deadlines, and if so what works for you? Whenever I have a deadline my brain freezes and refuses to work. It used to be that my brain worked overtime right before a deadline - now it refuses to work until after a deadline. I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done.
