Accepted offer from a company with 2years bond. Signed only offer letter, didn't signed any bond document.
Joining is 2 weeks ahead.
Now i got a offer from MNC which has no bond.
I'm interested to join in this MNC only.

What should i tell to HR?
Is there any problem if i ghost them?

Anyone hiring those who have been out of work for a year? I took time off to tend to personal matters, but I am now looking to get back into the workforce again. My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

Thoughts: Managers and senior managers should intervene when project folks starts working more than 8 hours. It's sad that initially everybody talks about 8 hours work goal but employee forced or end up working more than 10 hours. Company is not asking you to work more than 8 hours, it's the pressure from peers and seniors and managers who do "a gentle request" to finish a task asap.
Also managers, Please teach new techies to hold the horses and not put there peer in pressure.
