Three Months back, I gave interview for Infy and got selected after that I got one offer from another company with very good pay so, I have to tell infy that I will not be joining. The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. If I reject the offer now, will they black mark my profile by not allowing me to join in future. Also, what I can tell them for offer rejection. Thanks.

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. I’ve always gotten the advice that when you want to switch jobs you should take interviews from places you’re not actually interested in, so you can understand your value in the market and have better negotiating power.

I’m doing that rn - took a couple interviews to gauge my skills, my market value, and see what I need to work on for interviews that I actually care about.

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

I have attended an interview last week which had both Technical and Manager Round. The next day, I got mail from a HR to upload the documents in iBegin portal and then the documents were 'Verified' later. Even after 4 days the status in iBegin portal still says as "Candidate registered against job". I am not getting any response from the HR about the current status.

Does this mean that I am rejected? I am confident that I have performed well in the interview.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.
