Ive got an offer frm a company offering me 7LPA(micro company) nd the joining's on next monday.
My Last CTC is 6.5
There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

And I am expecting an offer from a bigger company and the joining's in the month of Feb.
Dnno about the offer ill get just yet.

You think its a good idea to join the micro company for 2 months and then leave to join the bigger one?

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT). There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
