4) Genpact - 22 LPA + 10% variable (client CME)

YOE: ~5 Years in Backend Dev (Java)

Both Altimetrik and Accolite are willing to give me WFH for around 6 months. What move would be the best for my career?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?
