Try to get an internal transfer at Accenture and come on work visa. Once you arrive, you can apply for a PR yourself or use an immigration agent
American living in Australia. Easiest way to move here is to internally transfer with your company and have them sponsor you for a role in Australia. That’s what I did and most of my expat friends have also done.
It’s extremely hard to get a sponsored for a work visa outside of that even if your job is on the skills shortage list (exception are healthcare roles like nursing or mining jobs).
If you’re under 31 you can also apply for the working holiday visa which is good for 12 months of work rights not tied a specific employer (it’s on you to find a job). And you can extend it a few times

There’s a lot of nuance that’s missing here. Heaps of jobs on the skills shortage list can take years to get a PR invite.
Points only matter if you want a PR invite, you can get a work visa without points (and without a PR invite). Ultimately, OP do you want a PR or do you just want work in AU for a bit?
Getting Australian work experience gives you more points which then subsequently increases your chances of getting a PR invite.
