hey all, my joining is in a week at Bengaluru Whitefield, had few questions on onboarding process in capgemini invent.
1. which all documents they check during onboarding and is physical original pan card mandatory?
2. how much time they take to assign laptop and project.
3.do you need to go to office everyday after you join - from the day of onboarding?

I have received an offer as SD1 at Amazon Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 6 months of experience. I did my BTech in computer science from 2016-20. I had some active backlogs as well. Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced. I am positive I will pass. Will this affect my offer from Amazon during background check as I am yet to receive degree?

How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.
Weekend is way worse when I sleep around 3 wake up around 10/11

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about. This is a privileged problem and I know it’s minuscule to compared to the actual struggles of so many people in the US and abroad. Just wondering if anyone has felt this as well and if so, how do you get rid of that self hatred?
