Hey anyone from EY consulting…How do you like your PTO structure? Based on what I saw, it looks like you get 1 week in the summer and 1 week in the winter, plus 10 days of sick leave, and can take more days off as you desire. If you take time off beyond the 2 weeks provided, does that impact changeability, and how is PTO viewed by tue projects? Do your sick days carry over from year to year, or are they use or lose each year? Thanks in advance! EY

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left.
