I have 4 years of experience in C# and Python and my ctc IS 8 lpa. Unfortunately, I resigned just around my annual hike or else my ctc would have been around 10 lpa. Now I'm looking for jobs and can you please suggest how much range is reasonable to ask with my ctc and yoe to companies like thoughtworks.

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

When presented with designed screens for an app and asked to review it and finalise it, how long will it take you to pick up the trail and come back to the client with feedback? Say around 10 screens.
