Good luck! Just to get this straight... you have 5 months of experience and want to make 120k with 1.5 years of experience?
112-115k TC w/ 1.5 YOE, Non-strategy, MCOL
Hired at 85k TC and promoted to SA after first year. It’s possible, I’m sure, but 120 will be a reach.

Feel like 75-85K is pretty fair for an entry level position

Whatever I can do intern likewise. Hiring freeze unfortunately now at msft so EY probably in a better position to help immediately

Oh this is going to be a fun thread.
What’s your YoE? What firm are you at? What skill sets do you have (sql, terraform, C+, python etc)? What educational background do you have?

This is probably a good start.

Any of the big4/Accenture will pay most with 2 YOE 120 give or take (as long as you come in at the second level, eg senior associate / consultant), depending on how you interview and how hot the market is in a year
I moved big4’s and went from 90 to 130 just after the 2 year mark
So does Deloitte have more years to get promoted in contrary to EY? Or are the years of promotion similar
🙄 oh the entitlement. I started my career at $30k and six months later moved to another for $36k. What are you offering the employer with barely any experience to put you over 6 figures? Genuinely interested to know the thought process. It’s about having the right experience and attitude the company wants. Skills bring the money, I would suggest working on those.
How much you making rn? And YOE?
