I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Dang. I was just looking at there video subscription. Like "first 90 days in consulting"
Did the intro call as practice for the behavioral. You have to qualify first
But it's primarily a service to help you get into MBB...
Thank BCG1. I already have a job. Looking for stuff to help me prepare before I start.
Oh. I can't speak to that, haven't investigated. Could be worthwhile. Honestly, the whole service is designed for insecure types with a lot of privilege who got into MBB and are nervous about starting
Or getting in
I used their videos - some of the best training i have had. Easily top 2 or 3 things i have done.
The consulting offer could be renamed "mba skills in the real world"
Their exec training is awesome as well...definitely 100 times better than anything the big 4 or Accenture have
Slalom1 what else have you done?
From firmsconsulting or other stuff?
Both!
I have used all of the firmsconsulting services. Tco is great. The tech strat study is a close 2nd.
I did the personal coaching but that only kicks in if you start interviewing for consulting positions.
That being said - i did interview there and found that i was incredibly well prepared for the interviews after going thru tco.
Pulled out for work /life balance reasons.
Considering re-entering the interview process
Outside of that my exec MBA was an amazing experience as was moving abroad and building a practice.
But mainly its my style of learning now. I spend a lot of time reading a mix of quant and strategy books. The strat books gove me the big picture...the quant give me the numbers to measure and test my ideas.
I get a lot of ideas from the harvard business review
