Hey everyone, I'm an architectural designer with 2 years of experience. I'm on the lookout for jobs in architecture and design. A lot of companies seem to be always hiring but most of my applications are being ghosted or not even reviewed. The companies that did get back reacted positively to my portfolio of work. Any suggestions on a different approach I could take for landing a good role?
PS. This industry is notoriously underpaid, any ideas on landing a a role with decent pay?
