Since its post mid of this month already , if we make changes on Successfactors portal with the new bank account no ,how fast does it get reflected?Also when is the last date each month considered for such changes?

Does EY follow bands for different ranks? I have seen so different salary for same ranks and people at higher rank are earning less than people at low rank.
