Yesterday I had my last round of interviews with a robotics start-up for a QA Manager position. At the end of the on-site visit the hiring manager told me I was one of the top 2 candidates and that the other individual has a slight experience advantage. He then proceeded to ask me if I would consider a QA engineer job if I do not get the QA Mgr job. I said that we should take it one step and a time before jumping to conclusions. I have a question in regards to immigration law and embassy interviews:
If a minor has to attend an interview, does the biological mother have to be there for the appointment or can the biological father go instead? We have a mother that cannot fly and the embassy wants a dual interview. I’m looking for case law to fight this but it’s been complicated.

I am working in the field of ESG and climate change for quite some time, and now I want to switch to another firm. Currently I have cleared interviews with Genpact and Kearney.

The role at Genpact is of a senior consultant and Kearney the position is of senior analyst. Kearney was offering significantly higher salary then Genpact. However, Genpact is now pushing me to join them and has decided to match Kearney's offer.
