I am a ~ 7 yrs experienced professional with a strong background in Statistics, model development and Stakeholder management. Lately, I got selected in KGS for their M&V role. But they are offering me an AM here when I am already working as a Project Manager/ Senior Manager at my current organization ( was a manager 2 yrs back already).
I am not sure if I should join them. Also, if anyone can help me with minimum years of experience on which KGS considers an employee for an M role?

Looking for an entry level non exempt positions. I've been in and out of both food service and retail for years. I know what I'm worth and I know how strong my work ethic is. I do not enjoy having carrots dangling out of reach, preventing me from furthering my career. Seems all this 20 something year olds are getting what I feel I do deserve (no ego). I'm fairly experienced in management and am willing to learn more.
