Hey fishes, I have cleared the managerial interview at EY and they said that I should be ready for a client interview. The question is I don't have any experience in facing client interviews in a consulting firm. So, how do I prep for one?

I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

Also, I interviewed for PM. What should my expected CTC be with YoE of 6?
Whats your current CTC?
Thanks..i actually did exactly that
You don't need extra prep..they are not going ask apart from your tech stack..Just because they are client it doesn't mean they will devour you. Have faith in yourself. If they are asking for documents then be assured most probably you are selected. Best of luck.
Thanks. Can you also suggest what CTC should I expect? Because EY said that they try to relate the CTC with the skill set and not with the existing pay.
