Just wanted to understand the current market for US Tax Managers. I’m currently at ₹26.2L fixed with 9 years of experience and was promoted to Manager in 2024. I’m planning to switch and wanted to get a sense of what fixed compensation I can realistically expect.

If you’re comfortable sharing, could you mention your YOE, designation, company (optional), and fixed compensation? It would really help me benchmark. Thanks!

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
