Got a conditional offer from CitiusTech, but it’s subject to clearing a client interview.

Just wanted to understand from experience:
Do they actually reject candidates in the client round after giving the offer, or is it mostly a formality?

Role is Technical Lead (WPF-related).

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Can Mck fish please advise on the role of a sponsor? How is different from role of mentor? TIA

When investing in a Vanguard Roth IRA, can you only invest into the Fed Money Market Fund (VMFXX) which is default? Or can you select other funds such as S&P (VOO)?

Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I really do not want to manage nor be active. My goal is to log-in like once every 6 months.
